How to Make the Perfect Butter Chicken at Home

  • 500g chicken (boneless or bone-in)
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste

  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 3 large tomatoes (pureed)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp garam masala
  • Salt to taste
